Parking/Pool/Pet/Dock Rules

Parking - There are only 6 guest parking spaces for the entire community.  We require a parking pass for overnight guest parking and it must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.  You can request a pass through this website.  Residents may use the parking spaces, but we ask that you do not make it a habit to park there.  It should be for special needs only and not for regular personal use.

Pool

No glass or food is allowed around the pool deck or in pool.  No pets allowed in the pool area.  No more than 20 allowed in the pool.  No diving allowed.

Pets - There are three doggie stations with a trash container and bags are provided for you to use for cleanup.  Please be respectful of the residents and keep your dog leashed at all times and always pick up after your pet.

Dock - The dock and fishing pier are community property, as is the boardwalk.  The fingers for individual docks are private and must not be used by residents.  The exception is the finger attached to the fishing pier.  Be respectful of the dock owner's boat that is on the lift. Use of the docks is at your own risk.  HOA is not responsible and is held harmless for any damage or loss while you are approaching, using, leaving the docks.  No swimming, running, or jumping from , on, or around the docks and bulkhead. Dock Owners, please read your HOA docks for further clarification of your responsibility of the docks.

Homeowners - if your unit is rented you are responsible to explain to your tenants the above rules.
